ONLY “time” WILL TELL!, lots of time!
I am waiting to see what you will do for me. I received my order Dec 27 and have made you aware of the time keeping problems, days ago. Elene, please contact me. I am waiting for a reply from customer support. I have replied promptly to her questions, and there has not been any more communication. I had no problem paying, shipped in a timely manner, the watch looks great, BUT it does not work. Update January 17: received a call from Steven today, he offered and exchange or refund. I am expecting an email with address to return item. I started the process to return the watch for a REFUND, a few days ago. I have NOT asked for a replacement. The watch has been stuck in Chinese customs since January 30. Very frustrating that this item may not be allowed to be shipped TO China???? Obviously a flaw in the return process.

Amazing Timepiece, Amazing service & Shipping!
Listen, there's always going to be some problems, hiccups & logistical errors no matter who you are dealing with but PerfectRolex rises to a DIFFERENT LEVEL! From the minute I decided what timepiece I would buy, I followed the instructions (being reluctant to do a direct bank transfer) & placed my order. Once this information was received by PerfectRolex, they did not hesitate to stay closely in touch with me. Every step of the way I was WELL INFORMED & UP TO DATE on where my timepiece is as well as all the delivery information. From beginning to end I got my Beautiful timepiece within 12 - 15 days. I am so impressed with their professionalism & customer care that I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED them to my friends and family. For those who had experienced some issues with your orders my heart goes out to you but I am sure PerfectRolex corrected the problem. Thank you for reading my review!

Beautiful Watch!
I am so happy with the watch I purchased for my Dad! He is in assisted living and has dementia, but he has always wanted a Rolex. He got obsessed with a gold Rolex right around Christmas. We were not sure how serious he was or how long he would be invested and excited about a new watch. So, we decided to purchase a duplicate for him. We gave it to him yesterday. Every detail was absolutely perfect - from the box, to the accessories and finally, the watch. We didn't tell him it was a real one and decided we were not going to lie if he asked, but everything was so beautiful and authentic looking that he never asked. He was over the moon! Thank you - I will definitely shop with you all again!

I was hesitant at first because I paid using zelle. I bought two of their the swiss models. Everything went really well. I’m extremely happy with the watches I received. I’ve been looking at them and they are truly a thing of beauty. Very well done. It took about a month from order to receive as they stated on the website.
