I went to Pep Boys on Wednesday to have 2 tires put on and have a sensor put on also Carlos the Manager and Marcos the Tec they were professional, technical sound, kind, funny. They spoke to me where I could understand everything they were doing. They were kind they smiled a lot they felt like family not a business. It was very inviting. I will come back again. It was very pleasant the experience. I will tell my friends and family to use this Pep Boys. It didn’t feel rushed even though I had to wait I didn’t mind because they took their time and they didn’t rush and it was worth the time I had to wait and I felt really good about the work they did on my vehicle and corporate, please look into either giving them a raise or doing something special for the Manager and the Tec like any kind of schooling or vacation time or bonus because both of them are essential to your organization they are wonderful employees they went above and beyond for me they are excellent excellent employees both of them.Daniela Wallace

Honest pricing and exceptional customer service at Pep Boys 1625 PLEASANT HILL RD Duluth, GA, 30096. If you want a shop that treats you right and charges fairly, this is the place. Whether it’s Briston or Jalen at the front desk handling your inspection or Nick the mechanic that did an incredible job applying new brakes to my vehicle. They went over and above to deliver exceptional service to get my brakes done. Huge thank you to the staff for their honesty and hard work!

Got new tires installed but bought my tires from giga-tires (wholesaler) they overnighted them next day delivery. And pep boys installed and aligned only. Was best price out there w install, tax, shipping, recycle fee all in. Only paid pep boys for install/alignment w a coupon. I had an appointment as well. Took 2hrs. I need to personally mention Robert (the supervisor) and Luis (technician) both have returned back to this location and thank goodness for that. Because of these two stellar human beings who deliver excellent customer service, They have single handedly saved this store! Because of them I'm giving a 5-star review!! Thank you for your kindness and knowledge and solution oriented mindset. These two deliver on professionalism!

Pep Boys in Mystic, CT is great! Roger provides wonderful customer service. He listens to my needs/concerns and helps me get quality service! I have been taking my 13 year old car there for 4 years. Everything is explained clearly to me, and I’m made aware of what is needed and what it will cost before any work is done. I have recommended this location to others, and they have also had a great experience there!

Could not afford them but Shaun worked with me to find a more reasonable price

I brought my daughters car in and had questions since I had a warranty company through Carvana. The gentleman took the time to explain the process to me. Before I even walked out the door, he was on the phone, starting out claim. The next day, someone called early afternoon to update me on the status and again once they knew what was and wasn't covered and to confirm pricing. They went out of their way to make sure everything was covered that could be. Great timing, knowledge and communication, as well as super friendly.

This is for the Encinitas location is San Diego- Not online I brought my car to Pep Boys in Encinitas because my car is getting older and I assumed I needed new brakes. I dropped it off expecting a big bill. Shortly after I got a call from Jorge. He told me I actually had plenty of brake life left on all four brakes. No upsell. No pressure. Just honesty. That kind of integrity is rare in auto repair. Jorge could have easily sold me work I did not need. Instead he did the right thing. He is a highly ethical person. This Pep Boys location has earned my trust and my loyalty. I will absolutely be a customer for life. Highly recommend asking for Jorge if you want honest service.

My experience was great, at the Palm Bay Northeast Florida location. Mr. Neslie and Teddy was took the time to check out my wheel, on passager front side. As a senior citizen I was worried about having a missing WHEEL STUD and LUG NUT, NOW feeling blessed that they care about me having a safe car.
