Pep Boys went above and beyond when they serviced my vehicle today. The staff (Mike) was very understanding of my situation and took pains to take care of the problem. Shout out also to Justin who worked on my car. Really great guys at Stratford NJ.

Had an issue with the service and complained about it. A few days later I received a call from the store manager who apologized and corrected the issue to my satisfaction.

I can only speak for the Pep Boys in Studio City, hence 4 stars instead of 5. I went to the Studio City Pep Boys in kind of a panic because I had a flat tire and was super busy. I should have checked the tires in reviews but I was too stressed. Later, when I did look, it turns out they should me a really good set of tires. So I am really grateful to those guys. They could have taken advantage but they didn't.

I brought my escape in for an oil change, alignment check, and inspection of brakes. The Comstock Park MI. Location. Not my first time here, but it made it my go-to shop. They were friendly and honest with everything. Got done what I needed and let me know what could wait a bit to be fixed. Also they were upfront with cost/estimates. The total time start to finish was about 2 hours, and it was cheaper then I expected. I'm not sure if pep boys is franchise or not, but this spot seems to be an outlier from other reviews.

Every time I bring my toys here to get a quick check up it’s always beyond excellent. Great staff and good down to earth people. Pep Boys is known across the country for being one of the best in the industry and they always deliver correct the first time.
