Took my car to the store on Crenshaw for a tire repair. Only have 17,000 miles and the guy at the counter told me I needed a new tire. Took it to Just Tires and they repaired it and said tread looks good. I suspect it was because I'm a woman.

I had my car at pep boys for suspension problems which they did the $35 diagnostics test on the front end. The results were I needed front lower control arms and both front cv axles which was quoted at $2,200! I gave the go ahead and I had to walk back from my apartment to pick up! The next day I drove to work and a dentist appointment and back to my apartment. Later I left to go visit my son & my car broke down in the apartment parking lot, I called pep boys and said I had to have it towed, the AAA tow driver “Randal” was a Godsend. He tried several ways to load my car onto his flat back with the bolt missing from the passenger side ball joint! We later found the bolt in the apartment parking lot! The AAA driver dropped me off at my apartment! I had to walk back to pep boys the next morning to pick up my car (even though they did a test drive they didn’t think to pick me up) I live in Florida! There was no charge but they also never offered to pay for towing or anything thing else to make it right! Not a great experience!

I went there for my oil changes.i was not happy with the price but then I got my service done as I was in rush.
