Don't bother making an appointment for service. They don't bother to give it any priority over walk ins and it may take all day to get your car back depending on volume. Oil change and state inspection. Left it off at the appointed time. 2.5 hrs later no word. Called and they hadn't even gotten it off the parking lot yet. What is the point?

It's been 4wks I purchased 4 tires on 1/24/25 and as of today, no tires.will not buy at pepboys fajardo again and would not recommend the store.

Do not bring a car here it took over a week for simple fixes

June 25, 2019 I visited Pep Boys to get my brakes done as I’ve had positive visits in the past. I took my customized 99 Chevy Corvette all black, rims custom painted black also. I left the vehicle in the morning and took and Uber home and back at a cost of $56.93. I picked up my vehicle and drove off no problem. Two days later, June 28, while leaving work to pick up my son I heard a noise then a terrible sound each time I put on the brakes, a very concerning sound. As I drove further I realized it could be very serious I called Pep Boys to inform I needed to drop off the vehicle immediately. I left the vehicle and took and Uber to pick up my son then home. The next morning Saturday, June 29th, 2019 I was called to pick up the vehicle. The total Uber cost was $66.01. I returned and was pleased to note the vehicle was stopping correct and the issue was resolve. My issues: 1. Because of their mistake I spent $ 122.94 on Uber transportation costs. 2. Was late picking up my son, and lost time with him retrieving the vehicle in the am 3. My custom painted black rims had chips in the paint the rims cost $180 per rim to be painted they scratched 2 rims. I was hoping after leaving a customer service review the company would reach out to talk to me about my experience, but NOTHING. I was an still am very disappointed. They could have at least issues a credit our voucher for the costs of inconvenience, but nothing. Very disappointed and irritated my car rims were scratched! Usually a solid company, need to speak with their technicians to ensure they are respectful of people’s property and are careful! A disappointed customer.
