I had no problem with the company, but the delivery company they use was very difficult. my spa was to be delivered on Feb 12th. No contact from the company so I called the number on the e-mail that said my spa was on it's way.I called the number given and was given 5 different phone numbers and transferred around. One number told me they didn't have the spa it was given to a different company. Called Clearwater and the checked the shipment gave me the same numbers I had. Finally on Feb 27th we received a call said the delivery would be next day between 10 and 2 got a call saying the driver was running late, around 3:30 and truck came down my drive and told my husband they were here for the pick-up. The spa was finally delivered after another phone call and e-mail to clearwater. I hope they check into their transport people.

I bought a hot tub from them Clearwater Tennessee, based on reviews and price. I have had nothing but problems with my hot tub leaking. The store blames manufacturer and manufacturer blames store. Neither one has helped and said I should've bought the warranty. They don't return phone calls and told me off with a nice accent at least. I should've bought local. These are not good people!!! They do not stand behind their products. My hot tub leaks like a sieve and I have to constantly put water into it almost daily. I can't leave over night for fear it will go too low and freeze. The lady said I must have broken it when I took the filter off. There's only one way to take a filter off that I know of. Manufacturer said the part that came off my tub with the filter shouldn't have come off. I agree , and it wasn't my fault. But they take no responsibility, no help or concerns. I have been on my own! Shame shame shame!!!

Ordered online with no issues. I had reservations doing everything online for such a large purchase, but called them a couple days later to confirm. They were on top of it and the hot tub actually showed up earlier than they said it would. I would order from Clearwater again with no reservation. Jason

Good product. We love our spa. Really good service. Every thing about the spa that you see on the website Is exactly what you get.

The people I worked with were nice and helpful. Unfortunately, my online order was lost in the mail, but their customer service provided me with a full refund. I recognize the problem was out of their control, but I wish I could have more positive things to say about my experience.

Nothing like regular spa time! We ordered an Aqua Rest 2-person spa from Clearwater. This unit is 160 gallons and triangular in shape. It arrived in the amount of time my sales advisor indicated and I took delivery at the curb. It was very easy to set up and fill. It only took two days to come up to operating temperature, and we used it as soon as it was ready. The first two uses went well, but then the pump began behaving oddly. I would pulse on the high speed setting. I called customer service and they began troubleshooting with me over the phone. Justin N. asked if I was familiar with hand tools (I am), then proceeded to instruct me on what needed to be checked and how to do it. I went through the controller settings as instructed and no issue was found there. I was sent a replacement controller, which I immediately installed and which failed to correct the problem. Next to replace was the main control unit, which also did not correct the problem. Last was the pump and motor. VOILA! Issue corrected. So with all of this work and time without a functioning, brand-new spa, you are probably wondering why I am leaving a 5-star review. Here is why: customer service. Justin first determined if I had the tools and skill to do the work myself (as long as you know what the pointy end of a Phillips-head screwdriver is used for, you have enough skill to do this job). Then, and this is the important part, THEY PAID ME TO DO MY OWN WORK!!! Seriously, they sent me a check just as if they would have had to pay a third party to do the warranty repair work. Even though I had to wait a while to begin using my spa regularly, wait to receive each part needed to correctly diagnose and correct my spa's issue, and get my hands dirty I will still choose to purchase from Clearwater again in the future. Did I mention the price of the spa? All the bells and whistles for this model, and just over $2,400 delivered! Do your homework, look at your budget, and then make your spa purchase. If customer support is important to you - it most certainly is for me - then choose Clearwater.
