Great product, quick delivery

Prompt delivery of chemicals and supplies ordered online and great customer service regarding answering any questions about spa maintenance. They actually pick up the phone! Prices competitive.

Customer service was just okay. The hot tub shipped from the manufacturer, which is fine, but the freight service they used was atrocious and made the whole experience painful. The retailer should be responsible for providing a satisfactory customer experience and I had to call repeatedly to get someone to help me figure out the shipping issues.

I have bought 2 hot tubs from them and they were so easy to work with. I just called, explained what I was looking for and they offered the best priced hot tub to meet our needs. They have great customer service when you have questions. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a great product this is the place.. wonderful customer service. I would recommend this company to anyone! Truly a great product for the price..looks really good and hasn't faded one bit!

Received tub in the middle of winter. Filled it up, plugged it in, it did not work. Turns out the pump had frozen water in it from when it was tested in Fla. It blew a fuse. Lucky for us, Radio Shack was still around and had the fuse in stock. Once it was replaced, it worked great. The cover does not fit properly no matter which way it is turned. It is not holding up well after two years of use. The little joint flaps are falling apart, the zipper overlaps curl up and the underside fabric sags into the tub. One of the filter screen clips has broken.The water fall feature is not as described as the water level required for proper filtering interferes with the function. Overall, the tub works as expected. It heats up to 104, the jets work properly, it filters properly and the ambient lighting feature is a nice touch. The tub has various settings for filtering and heating options. The lounger is so comfortable. It is my favorite seat in the tub. I really enjoy soaking in the tub during the long cold winter here in NH. The tub continues to function properly even during below zero temperatures and I am happy for that. I would buy another one if I needed to. I like the plug and play feature! Customer service is helpful and friendly!
