All was good initially. Until there was an issue, then I had to get in touch with the manufacturer. The manufacturer, said they get it from another company - I would have to contact them directly. This was 10 months after purchase. I am still irritated with ALL of them. I only purchased from Clearwater Pool & Spa, Manchester Tennessee. The issue was regarding the 'Upgrade'. It is really tough to recommend.

We ordered a 6 person hot tub with a great discount. ! day later the company called and asked if I'd like an upgraded package. I agreed to do the add on. We waited 6 weeks for our spa to be made. 2 days before it was due to arrive the company called to tell me they had the wrong tub being delivered and that they would cancel the item and get us the upgraded unit. The delivering company proceeded to call me for the next 3 days attempting to deliver the wrong spa to me. I came to find out that the order was never canceled. I eventually received the correct order another 4 weeks later. This was a huge inconvenience for me and my family.

Spa leaked from the day I received it and Clearwater would not assist with the repair as they do not have their own service personnel and try to hire local service for lower than standard rates.

Excellent – no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone
