Penji is amazing! I'm just starting a small business and needed designs for everything. Their flexible memberships made the most of my... let's call it "modest" budget. The design team completely exceeded my expectations, and my customer support specialist Claryse Monroe's service was exceptional! Despite not being directly involved in the design process, Claryse ensured that my requirements were accurately conveyed to the design team. She was prompt, attentive, and provided valuable guidance throughout. Her professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction made my experience with Penji truly outstanding. I highly recommend Claryse and Penji for their top-notch service!

When our company was bottle-necked with artwork, the Penji team helped us out. They are creative professionals.

Love working with Penji. With their affordable pricing our small business was able to have a dedicated graphic designer without having to hire someone full time and all that comes with that. Their services are reliable, quick and quality. Thanks Penji!

I have been using PENJI for a few months now and I have been very pleased with their service to provide graphic design work. As a small business owner I have ad hoc requirements without sufficent work to hire my own designer so having an on-call service has been extremely helpful and the capped monthly service has been much cheaper than using single-job board providers where I have to shop for a designer and get quotes for each single task. To get the best from the service you do need to take time to create detailed design / project brief as you can have a different designer for each task but equally the diversity of designers means you can get someone who has the specific skills to meet each project need / style of content.

As a non-profit with a small team on a low budget, Penji makes it easy to collaborate as a team and get the designs we need in a small time frame. Their software is easy to use and make revisions, all of which are returned within 24 hours. Also, if you have a designer that you like you can specifically request them to work on your design. After having used other similar graphic design services, I would recommend Penji.

I paid a developer for 5 months last year, and in the 3 months of working with penji we have done more than the full-time dev ever did. The beauty for me is how well your project system keeps everything organized and progressing. I really do feel like my company has penji as a partner.

As someone who has been working with the company for over a year, I can attest to the quality of their design team and project management system. They quickly respond to any requests and concerns I have regarding projects, and their intuitive platform makes it easy for me to keep track of all my designs. On top of all this, their customer service is top-notch - always friendly and helpful! Highly recommend Penji to anyone in need of unlimited graphic design services!
