Great concept but I wanted the team to just take my idea and create all of the verbiage for my ads. I don't have time to hand hold everyone. Just do the work. Overall, the quality was there, but it took too much time for me to focus on it.

Hey Capricia, We completely understand. As much as we want to help you with the copy, that's just not our speciality. You see an ad has two parts: Design and copy. The copy believe it or not is the hardest part. We always politely ask our customers to come up with the copy so it allows our design team to focus on what they do best, design.

Lack of focus for corporate clients. Overall, I felt like the company has a lot of great practices, but there were a lot of times that the designers did not follow very specific requests. I've listed everything inside of Google Sheets. The company kept trying to force me to use their internal systems, but I already had my own that I was comfortable with.

Hey Aansa, we appreciate the feedback. We understand that you have your own internal system/process and we want to pay as much respect to as possible. However, from our exeprience, when our customers submit requests within a Google Sheet, the project tends to drag as a Google Sheet isn't the best means for communication. After reviewing your account, we've discussed exactly that. It's not that we didn't want to work within your system, we did. We just needed your help in modifying to ours. Within every project, we want all deliverables to be done in an efficient manner and done with precision. Using Penji's dashboard allows you to do just that! Sorry it didn't work out, but we hope you consider giving us another try in the future.

Hey Karim, We see that you've been a customer for 2 months and although that is a decent amount of time, I wish we received the feedback while you were a customer. You see, when you begin to work with designers you like, you let us know in the form of positive reviews. To let us know that you don't like a designer, you can provide a negative review. That way the designers that you don't like, no longer become assigned. If you decide to move forward with Penji in the future, a quick not of who you like and don't like would solve all of your issues/experience.

I was with penji for about 4 months, and while it started off great, I liked my designer, towards the end, I just wasn’t getting paired with the same quality designers I had in the beginning. It started to become hard to justify paying for something where I felt like I was working harder than the company I was paying to do the work! With the shift in design teams, it just wasn’t worth my while to continue to stay with the company.

Hey Jennifer, Thank you for the honesty in your comment. It means a lot. Although we never want a customer to feel like the quality diminishes over time, this can happen. Like everything else, things can become stagnant. However, we always recommend to have an entire team of designers that you can choose from vs that of having the same designer assigned to all of your projects. After reviewing your account, I do see that you specifically wanted to work with the same designer over and over again. By having a team that you can rely on, it allows you to not only receive new styles of design, but it also gives you people that you can rely on. Hope this helps!

Overall, I had a pretty mediocre experience. I felt like all of the designs were done timely, but the quality just wasn't quite there for me. I was able to use some of the work, but looking back at a few months of service, I just feel like I was better off doing it all myself.
