Hi Andreas, We are incredibly sorry to hear about your experience and wish it was different. I'm personally frustrated that your experience wasn't up to the standards you've set for your business. There are times where we hit home runs and knock the design project out of the park. Then there are times where it's just simply mismatch of styles and poor pairing with the designer that worked on your project. We take full ownership and again, apologize for wasting your time. We'd love to find a way to make this right if you'd like to give us another shot. Feel free and email [email protected] and mention this review and we will comp an entire month of Penji under our Agency membership on us. Thank you for taking the time to express yourself and hope to re-connect soon.
