If did exactly what I purchased it to do. Make it much easier for me to get up off the toilet without reaching back and pushing myself up with the wash basin beside me.

I have not had any interaction with customer service. But I did receive my guard toilet rail very quickly. It is really helping me tremendously. I have bad knees and it is facilitating me getting off the toilet with hardly any pain; just love it and will recommend it if I get the chance.
