I ordered their rollator for my elderly mother who suffers from mobility issues complicated by extreme back pain hoping this would be a supportive rollator for her. The only way to see if it would work for her is to take it out of the box and let her sit on it in her home. Aside from sitting on it inside the home it has not been used. Pelegon states they have a return policy but make sure you read the fine print and don't make the mistake I did. Per their customer support: Kindly note: The item must remain strictly unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed factory packaging. Please note that once the product box has been opened, we are unable to accept or process a return. Riddle me this - how do you know if you like an item if you can't open it up and look at it because if you do it negates their return policy. Just be honest that you don't take returns. Buyer Beware!

I love it Made very sturdy It is so light and I love the lock and how it stands up on its own So easy for me to load and unload in the car The only problem is I am short and my feet only touch the ground when I sit but will not do that much anyhow Thank you

Package was delivered to the wrong house. The screws that go in could in two instances not be tightened no matter how much pressure was applied. The first one I ordered a while ago went together fine. This one not so.
