Absolutely the worst. Lie after lie. Took my $ instantly and all I’ve received since then is lip. Excuse after excuse. Gaslighting at every turn. Then they had the audacity to tell me the order finally shipped along with a fed-ex shipping number, but fed-ex claimed not to have any shipments with that shipping number. All you get from Pecron is aggravation. I have disputed the charge and strongly discourage anyone from buying from this Chinese based scam of a company. Take screenshots of every communication if you choose to disregard my advice and purchase from them. Trust me, you’ll need them if you ever want to see your money again.

Order number 3905. It hás been 9 days sincer order and paymente. Hás not been sent neither no reply to emails. Would like to get a refund

Pecron took my money, but can't deliver the E3600LFP I ordered, even after almost a month for a product that's listed in stock. On top of that, Pecron either didn't inform me or promised to ship my E3600LFP within days, and then didn't. Multiple times. All communication had to be initiated by me, never once was I informed proactively about issues with their order fulfillment. Then, when I had enough and gave them a deadline, Pecron again promised to send the unit, but didn't. The consequence of not meeting the deadline was a request for cancelation of my order, including a refund. Total silence since. So, nothing left but initiating the dispute process with my payment provider.

I have ordered an expandable portable power station in December. I never received an email confirmation regarding my PO. I have contacted them and they said that my order will be shipped a month later and that they will inform me after the shipping. Now 45 days have passed and no information at all. Don't trust this seller, I lost my money for nothing!!!!!!

The true capacity of the battery was about 30% lower than marketed. When I contacted the support they said that this is "normal" and won't let me use the warranty. When I asked where they stated that actual capacity may differ then what's advertised they stopped answering me. Don't buy from them

Very disappointed with the E1500LFP which I just received. It'll charge to a full 100% but none of the outlets works. I've repeatedly contacted their Pecron's technical assistance but alas, to no avail. Ergo no stars from here.

24 days later and I have still not received the 2400LFP unit ordered. The response I get from support when asking for details is ,'sorry, please wait'. I have since received orders from Bluetti, Anker and Allpowers without hassle! I have asked for a refund and they continue to blame DHL without having any other solution. They refuse the refund. AVOID this china company they will take your money and run

A year ago I purchased two Pecron e1500Pro units with two folding solar panels each. The specs were impressive on paper and certain features I was looking for were unavailable through other manufacturers. Unfortunately one machine stopped working. It would not power up or provide any output AC or DC. However fans could be heard when plugged into an AC outlet to charge. I’m three months in to dealing with Pecron customer service on my warranty claim. They wanted me to ship the device back to them at my expense. I discovered that a consumer cannot ship a lithium battery (FedEx told me this). Only a HAZMAT certified shipper can generate the shipping label and declaration documents required. Spent weeks communicating with Pecron (no viable phone number) to get them to send me a label and required docs. They only sent a label, and the shipper still was uncertain if they could accept it. Eventually they did and tracking reported it received at Pecrons warehouse. That was over two weeks ago. Supposedly “a technician is repairing it” but the only communication I receive from them is after another inquiry. Several other competitors have detailed their warranty process to me which is simply to send a new unit after receiving the defective one. This has not happened at Pecron. They are stalling, misleading, misrepresenting. Essentially at this point they have stolen my machine from me at my expense. Do not trust this disreputable company. Warranty fraud, Misrepresentations, Theft. Avoid Pecron. Choose a manufacturer that at least has US based customer service representatives available by phone.
