This is a follow up to a review left originally left here circa 5th June 2026, responded to by Pebblebee (PB) on 5th June 20256 and updated by myself on 7th June 2026. PB response claimed they were unable to recognise my 'support' email request, fair enough given by Trustpilot handle is different to the eMail address use to write to PB Support. So on 7th June 2026 (15.38 BST) I forwarded the original eMail to PB referencing the Trustpilot comments and including PB Order number and transaction date. And...over 5 weeks later, nil respond etc that either. Subsequently, another Pebblebee Clip 5 has become faulty - you literally just have to touch it and goes into 'alarm mode' .... hardly suitable for a device that needs to be attached to a keyring and be subject to the rigours of daily life. Go on PB, surprise me - respond - the order nr. is 582726. Otherwise folks, save your hard earned cash and buy elsewhere.

It took three weeks and three different phones to connect 3 clip 5s to Google Find Hub. All Pebblebee support could offer was to reset my phone which would wipe all my settings and is unacceptable. Part of the issue was lack of instructions on settings for permissions in multiple Google apps. I picked up a Chipolo which connect to my phone which would never connect with any of the Pebblebees.

Hi Steve, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We understand how frustrating it must have been to spend so much time getting your Clip 5 devices connected. When you reached out, our support team started with the initial troubleshooting steps to help narrow down the cause before moving on to additional ones. We're glad to hear you were ultimately able to pair all three Clip 5 devices, and we appreciate you sharing the results of your testing. For Android devices, we also recommend reviewing the recommended Google Find Hub settings in our Help Center, as these can vary between phone models and affect the pairing experience. We appreciate your feedback, and we've shared it with our team as we continue working to improve both the setup experience and our support resources. If you run into any issues in the future, please don't hesitate to reach out to us—we'll be happy to help. We hope your upcoming trip goes smoothly and that your Clip 5 devices provide the peace of mind you were looking for. 🐝 — The Pebblebee Team

My experience started with the purchase of four Pebblebee cards, in preparation for an international trip. They were placed inside two checked bags, my computer bag and camera bag. I purchased the Pebblebee cards because I have an Android phone and Pebblebee supports Android devices. We were able to track our bags successfully. The process was seamless. As a result, I ordered an additional two cards for a new trip with more bags and two tags for my daughter's dog's harness and leash. The tags I wanted were of a color that apparently was discontinued but one of Pebblebee's customer service staff (Luci) was able to find two tags of that color I wanted. She arranged the special order and now that puppy, Loba, Queen of Dogistan, has two tags that match her royal harness and leash. So, in addition to great products, I can vouch for excellent customer support. I see your questionnaire wants "date of experience". Well, it's a bunch, from June, 2025 through today. The date I'm showing is that of my last order.

Hello, We're very sorry to hear about your experience, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We understand how frustrating it is when a tracker doesn't maintain a reliable connection, especially when it's meant to provide peace of mind. We want to acknowledge that some Samsung users are currently experiencing connectivity issues with Google Find Hub. The issue has been identified, and we're actively working with our partners on a resolution. In the meantime, we'd love the opportunity to assist you directly and see if there's anything we can do to improve your experience. Please reach out to us at [email protected], and our team will be happy to help. Thank you again for your feedback, we truly appreciate it and are committed to improving the experience for all our customers. Kind regards, The Pebblebee Team.

I bought two of these in July 2025. One failed to charge after a few months. The second died the same way after a year. I had hoped they may last a little longer than that. Fortunately there are many other brands available now.
