Ending support for older products is never a decision we take lightly, but in some cases, changing platform requirements and technical limitations make ongoing support unsustainable. That’s not acceptable and doesn’t reflect the level of care we aim to provide. The BlackCard was one of our earlier products, and while we've made significant improvements since then across hardware, software, and support, that doesn’t change the fact that you were left without a solution at the time.
