Hi Tom, Thanks for your review. We sincerely understand your frustration and are sorry for the disappointment this situation has caused. However, we would like to clarify that it has been significantly longer than a “few years” since the original crowdfunding campaign, the devices and service have now been active for approximately 6 years. While the plan was referred to as “lifetime” at the time, the terms also specified that the service was provided for 5 years, subject to renewal if the product and infrastructure remained available. Unfortunately, the Found product line was discontinued over a year ago, and we are no longer able to maintain the service infrastructure required to support it. We understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for, especially after supporting the project early on through crowdfunding, and we truly appreciate the support you gave us over the years.
