Ordered a 700 dollar salt water pearl necklace. What I received according to a 3rd party retail jeweler was a seed of something that was painted. The 18k stamp was fake gold. Had it acid tested it at the jewelry store. The necklace was a beautiful fake. They have a 30 day return policy and when we asked for our money back it was refunded. They didn’t ask us to return the necklace.

The jewelry is beautiful
The jewelry is beautiful! I needed to exchange an item and they were very easy to work with and very accommodating. They made the exchange process so easy. I love my black tahetian pearl pendant!

Fake- Very bad experience
Very bad experience. I ordered a necklace set for $520 but they were very small and very fake looking. I contacted them and a lady named Teresa responded back and told me that she will refund my money and I can keep the set for $100. She never refunded my money and stopped replying to my emails. This site is a scam and their products are so fake looking. Do not trust this site.

refund and return of original purchaseAfter several emails Pearslover…
After several emails Pearslover corrected my complaint in a timely and professional way. They paid close attention to my return and mailing issues and refunded the original purchase. I purchased a different type of earrings from them since the style I ordered did not fit my earlobes. Teresa guided me to another style and helped reolve the problem. The quality of the earrings was excellent

People often say...
People often say, “If the price is too good to be true, it probably is.” Long story short, I, too, fell victim to this scammer—Pearls Lover.
I purchased a pair of earrings online that looked gorgeous. A few weeks later, not only was the item I received different from what I ordered (though it had a similar design), but it also was not real 18K gold or Tahitian pearls. When I requested a refund, Pearls Lover’s customer service representative, Teresa, insisted that I keep the item and offered a 40% discount instead of returning it, claiming that “the returning package is going back to Shanghai, China, so it would cost you a lot in shipping and duties.”
This is, of course, unacceptable, as I had no intention of spending that kind of money on a counterfeit. As a result, I filed a dispute via PayPal to get (part of) my money back.
Shoppers, don’t be fooled—Pearls Lover’s return policy is essentially nonexistent, despite their “60 Days Money Back Guarantee.” Do your homework and buy from a reputable jeweler so you don’t end up like I did.

THIS IS A SCAM
THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THE PEARLS AND GOLD ARE NOT REAL, AS CONFIRMED BY A CERTIFIED APPRAISER. THEY ASKED ME TO POST A 5 STAR REVIEW RATHER THAN RETURNING THE EARRINGS AND THEY WOULD NOT ISSUE ME A REFUND WHEN I INFORMED THEM OF THIS.

BEWARE SCAM
BEWARE SCAM - This is cheap costume jewelry not worth the price and fake gold coloring on plastic. They're refusing to take a return.
