The customer service is great and I had sent through enquiries prior to purchasing my items and they were took time to answer each question with patience and kindness. Gave me timely estimates on my purchase which took a little longer as it was a custom order and took an additional week to deliver but, I was kept informed of the extra time it would take to deliver my order. My pearls are so pretty and I have received loads of compliments and I am very happy with them. I would definitely be a repeat buyer. I am so appreciative to the customer service department as well as everyone at Pearls Lover who took the time to ensure that my pearls were beautifully made, packaged well to protect them during their journey to me. A great customer experience! I would definitely recommend asking questions as there are so many things to know in regard to pearls and although, I have a fair knowledge on the subject; I wanted to ensure that I would know how to care for my pearls, want not to do and to ensure that I would be able to pass them down to my daughter one day in the long long future. I am so pleased that I did take the time as I learnt a lot from customer service and am most pleased with the outcome.

I just returned pearls necklace to Pearls Lover- they claimed it was sized between 9-11.5 mm; But the appraisal they sent along is good for nothing- when I received the necklace I got some concerns regarding the size of pearls, so I took it to the local jewelry appraiser: none of the pearls was reaching even 9mm- the largest was 8.4 only; The pearls lover tried to negotiate the price rather than to return it- since I did not want to deal with actually liars- I insisted on its return- Pay Pal was informed of the issue and returned the money paid but for returning shipment to China - I had to pay about $100 ( shipment and insurance); Would not recommend their products!

It was so easy to find just what I wanted as a Christmas gift. The perfect pearl pendant.

My experience with Pearls Lover: their customer service are extremely sensitive to any of their customer’s concerns because they want their customers to be happy and satisfied. They offer an array of styles and designs which are unique, beautiful and chic!

They have always delivered quality pearls, but also their customer service has always been timely with responses and assistance.

I ordered the golden akoya pearl necklace. It arrived quickly and was well-packaged including a very nice box to keep it in. When it arrived, it was even better quality than I expected. The colors were well-matched, the pearls were round and closely matched in size, and the lustre was great. A certification was also included (and these are not cheap!) which showed the pearls were Japanese akoyas, and I was not expecting that quality. I liked it so much, ordered the earrings too!

A big price tag and a long wait for FAKE jewelry. I ordered what was described on the site as 14k gold pearl rings. They arrived tarnished, which let me know they were fake. I took them to a local jeweler and presented the rings and the "appraisal" document they came with and it was confirmed that they are fakes. I immediately alerted the company via info@pearlslover and "Teresa" tried to convince me to keep the fake jewelry I. Exchange for a discount on more fake jewelry!!!! I explained that I want what I ordered or they can refund my money. They agreed to send me the real items. After almost a month of correspondence, she finally stopped responding to my emails and my account on their website was deleted. I am in the process of disputing with PayPal now. I wouldn't buy a dog collar from Pearls Lover! Do NOT buy anything from this company. The intentional fraud is disheartening. If you read this review, please know that you have been warned. Thank goodness for PayPal and Capital One. It's disgusting that they are perfectly fine just cutting off communication and leaving me with this useless junk jewelry that isn't even the quality of good costume jewelry, while they think they will keep my money! They have another thing coming. I presented all of our correspondence with my disputes. I'm glad I did because they are despicable. And apparently, they operate their deceptive sites under multiple names. I saw Pearl Accessory as well, and it's the same exact site with a different name. Just purchase your jewelry from a reputable source. Save yourself the time and frustration.
