I inquired about a customized bracelet because I have larger hands and small wrists. I sent an email expecting it to take a few days to get a response. I was wrong! I got a response the next day. I was informed how to order the length of bracelet I wanted and the customer service rep also offered to help me if I couldn’t navigate the website. I will be buy if from this company as the customer service is amazing.

I'm very happy with the single pearl I purchased for a ring that lost a pearl. It actually looks much better than the pearl still remaining in the ring and that is a Mikimoto pearl! I'd replace the Mikimoto pearl but your pearls don't come any smaller.
