My experience was overall good. The three day training offered a strong networking opportunity and good course material. However there were some areas that could be improved upon, namely the course book could be better ordered. A lot of time was spent bouncing around because the keynote speaker and the book were not in sync. Given the high pace and short time frame this can cause course members to lag behind as they search for the proper section.

Very good! It’s an eye opening and hopefully a good start of my life changing. I got freak out knowing about elite membership but I’m hoping I can do it in the future. So far everyone has been very accommodating and friendly to me.

I think the way it’s explained turned everything I new about real estate investing on its head. I feel that there should be more visual testimonies from you previous students like actual deals that are closed with statements of fact on peoples and values. I figure it would solidify some doubts for those whom might be on the fence.

Presentation was very informative, motivational and direct. Most of have a difficult time making decisions with this presentation, made it clear to me that this was a space that I wanted to be in

In fact, I was so impressed that I recommended the workshop to my brother Max. Additionally, I would like to extend my gratitude to the team for their excellent work. However, I did have a negative experience with Joe during the membership pitch. When my companion and I expressed our concerns and asked if we could wait to join until after my brother attended the next workshop, Joe became pushy and agitated. He made comments about us being perceived as procrastinators and stated that the team was already discussing us. He also mentioned that he didn't care about our financial situation and that we likely wouldn't succeed in the multifamily business without signing up. While Joe's behavior was disappointing, I understand that everyone has bad days. I don't want this one incident to overshadow the excellent workshop and the valuable information provided. Hi, The content was fabulous and instructive but necessitates constant study and hands on practices for one to grasp the materials or to master the variety of skills needed to successfully complete a deal from start to finish. Two semesters would not be sufficient to learn all the information taught/shared during the three days of the workshop. Frankly, the workshop felt like a teaser used to stimulate one's appetite to desire more. It was definitely designed to prepare us for a boot-camp couple with hands on practices. Otherwise, the 3-day workshop, by itself, would be useless. I learned so much but felt that I would need to really spend a month to study the materials and put them into practice. The presenter and his strategists did a stellar job, as they stimulated our appetite to want more and more. However, the 40k to get everything to equip us to get deals hit me like a brick shattering my dream to face reality. Like someone would have said now what? The answer is yet to come!!! Thank you.

As a new member of the Multifamily Mindset, it's been so eye opening. Working on all of me is exactly what I needed and I'm excited to use the tools and resources available to get the goals I deserve. Thinking Bigger is already paying off, so thank you!

I highly recommend this 3 day boot camp, be prepared as Tyler doesn’t hold back with real life business experience along with personal. A wealth of information with a realistic mindset that is needed to succeed no sugar coating here ! Raw and direct. Thank you Jon McMahon
