I absolutely learned a lot at the 3-day course and the instructor Eric Chadderdon did a powerful job training and all the strategists were on point. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 was because the 39K for the advanced training is a bit much to swallow and I wish they offered a plan which would allow you to pay it back after your first deal within the first 12 months or then you have to pay it. Again great course.

Great info regarding investment in Real Estate space. The company is doing a good job marketing its products. The first 1hour contact session was presented better than the recent 3 days workshop. I knew the price for the workshop beforehand. Price for mentorship is too high. A single individual should be asked to pay for the price for 2 individuals. Also the package can be broken down, to help attract more members who are concerned with the package pricing.

I would have given it a 5 star but there are minor things in the beginning that weren't successfully delivered. The guidebook that was promised to be mailed was never mailed and when I sent a text message, the reply said it would be available at the door. But no one knew what I was talking about even though I showed the text message.

Great event, learned lots a great information. Looking forward to what the future holds!

MMF is a great product but it is misleading as well.

The coaches

This in-person workshop was full of extremely valuable information. I definitely felt it was worth every penny. Tyler taught our class. He's so approachable and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed learning from him. The class time could've easily shaved off 2-3 hours per day if the topic stayed on the material. We love hearing personal stories about family, but we have families, too, and we'd rather be home with them a few hours earlier rather than later. The sales pitch for mentoring was also overplayed. Most of us know going in that there will be a pitch to up-sell, and most of us have made up our minds before showing up whether or not we want to move forward with mentoring/coaching, so 1-3 hours per day spent pitching is overload and exhausting. These two time wasters are why I had to knock off a star, otherwise, I'd give 5 stars for sure. The slides printed in the booklet would be easier to take notes on if the background was white rather than black. Just an idea, would also save on ink. Overall, we learned a TON and had a good time at the workshop. Definitely the best, most in-depth, straight-forward information we've ever heard. Lots of tips, tricks, and experience-proven results. We would absolutely, without hesitation, recommend this workshop to anyone interested in multi-family investing. Now, we just need to take action! That's on us!
