It was a big cash grab!! I spent over thousand dollars for sales pitch, I’m struggling right now, to get this new business off the ground, when I signed up, I asked the agent if it was a REAL class or, or sales event to a bigger program. He looked me in the eye said it wasn’t the latter.

Very ambiguous and novelist sessions. All three days sounded like a long infomercial trying to ONLY sell for $39,000. Nothing seemed legit. Guys were playing a choreographed foot ball with attendees all three days. Did not show real properties that are actually part of up for grabs or real road map if someone to pay the $39000 - nothing in it for the intelligent people on the room especially for the ones serious (not hoping for a miracle ). It was selling snake oil three days total waste of my valuable time.

I am demanding my full refund for this event. Not only did I pay $1500 for this event to learn how to better multi family invest and “meet sponsors that would invest in properties with me” but they will request just a quick payment of 40 THOUSAND DOLLARS before they do that. Oh and this Tyler guy that owns the company.. you never see him, he doesn’t talk once. I guess once you pay this 40k you can meet him. I came here to be connected with people that are doing these deals and to bring deals to them and learn how to raise capital. They have stated they will not partner with me unless I do the “elite mentorship class” and pay the 40k. My strategist Jacob was awesome. Jim is a great speaker and recruiter, but this whole concept is busted. I thought this was a group of investors trying to find more people to partner with, but it is a business funded by people paying 40k a spot to be in a Facebook group chat.

Well , I thought it’s single investment that I am gonna do thought 1497 $ . I feel I am just getting general information about multi family and didn’t get the proper soft ware as being told about it before to start looking for property and no body form the strategist give me there contact number or social Media contact so I feel I waste my time and my money

You know you're in for a grift when you hear Tony Robbins and God in one sentence. Everything about this platform is made for one thing only...to separate you from your money. The unfortunate part of all of this is there really is very valuable information contained in the elaborate sales pitch. I would have gladly paid big money for the real details always kept just out of reach. They give you enough just to hang on a little longer. At the end of the day all of the support staff/ strategists are either old friends or relatives...when I tried to dig for details I received vague answers w/ little detail. Tyler is obviously a very successful and intelligent business man. However, they are not concerned w/ finding business partners in the local markets just selling their 40k Facebook grift. We never met one former student or heard any real stories of any previous students. Unfortunately this class is closer to television evangelism than education. Due to this fact, the poor souls that shell out their last few dollars are often elderly, immigrants, or ethnicities whom are uneducated as to how the world really works and are told if you do not shell out more money you are just angry and don't want it bad enough. Keep your facebook page and I will keep my 40K. I heard many times that you can't tell who has money. I think MFM should head their own advice! I went to lunch w/ several students that were ready to walk out immediately on day 2. These were individuals that are currently in the business. FYI - Just because they fill out some info anyone worth their salt never shows the real cards at first. This is all vey deliberate so as far as this being constructive...do what you are doing now stick to the suckers and morons that's your tribe!
