We received a ton of information on investing in multifamily real estate at this 3 day, fast paced workshop. All of the MFM team members have a wealth of knowledge and are down to earth and willing to help others become successful.

Excellent presentation and all the team very attentive and knowledgeable.

I am currently in the process of taking action. I will make sure to capitalize on this opportunity, of which many have shared and look forward to sharing more as I get into this new process.

I think my favorite part about MFM is they don't promise you success, they promise guidance for your own success but it's up to you to do the work! With only being involved for about a week I wanted to really think of anything that I didn't like about the masterclass, to the 3 day workshop, now into the mentorship program. I couldn't think of anything. I could tell you everything I love about it and the amazing people I had the pleasure to meet and network with but that'd be pages. A couple things I truly love about the MFM team is the transparency. They tell you this is not easy, its not a 'get rich quick' scheme, they don't promise any success or that you'll be a billionaire and I think that's huge with such big goals in mind for anyone who gets involved, at the end of the day they are honest and realistic. For the people that think about doing it you got to be all in, all in for yourself. If you are ready to make a change or promise to yourself that you will do anything it takes for success this is a team of incredible people that will help get you there!

Jim was exceptional in providing well-thought-out answers and insightful feedback. His attention to detail and understanding of the subject matter were evident in every response. He not only addressed all of my questions thoroughly but also offered valuable suggestions that greatly enhanced my understanding. Jim's ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely made the entire experience highly productive. I would highly recommend him for his expertise and dedication to providing top-notch support. The entire leadership team is all-in. Learned a TON on the basics of Multi Family investing. Was challenged & encouraged to change my mindset! The investment in the 3 Day Workshop was worth way more not including what was taught on MF investing. Instructor Jim Anderson was super engaging, knowledgeable & entertaining!

The information was so mind blowing still going through the material. #WhatGodcannotdodoesnotexist# I will testify soon.🙏🙏
