Whether you're looking to learn how to invest within the Mulitifamily space, or just need an eye opening kick in the butt regarding your mindset, this is the the place for you!! We went to the 3 day event and laugh, cried, and most importantly got motivated to work on our life goals NOW!! Tyler and his team are the best; we would highly recommend for everyone who is ready to grow and take their goals to the next level. MFM ROCKS!!!

A lot of useful information packed into 3 days. Ideal for those who either own or manage properties or those who want to learn how to acquire larger apartment buildings. They obviously have a proven system, and it was highly beneficial to attend the three days although I knew that there was going to be a large upsell. The upsell is unavoidable and is the true cost of attending the seminar, but it was worth it considering all of the good advice and good networking. The presenter, Eric, was motivational and very helpful with clear instructions on various situations related to the syndication process. My strategist, DJ, was another no-nonsense, inspirational success story. I told him up front that I am not ready to commit to any upsell, and he worked with me regardless. He gave me his list of best business books as well as various tactics he uses to operate at high levels so that he and his family can enjoy life at the highest level. This seminar truly does inspire to think bigger, dream bigger, and make a lasting impact while helping others.

We enjoyed the seminar, thank you for both your insight, knowledge, and expertise.

From the beginning of Day 1 to the end of Day 3, I felt as if though I was in an actual bootcamp. It was a nonstop, high level, Real Estate for Multifamily acquisitions training that once done, I felt and feel prepare to conquer T.D. got us ready for war. There is much more to learn, but the education presented is a great platform from where great deals will come.

Eric Charredon crushed it this weekend. He added great value to the class and is very knowledgeable in multifamily.

This is a very good learning experience for me and I’m glad I made this step. Thank you Tyler.

Everyone was awesome!!! The way they made us feel like family and especially our personal strategist. Jud Tolman was our strategist and right off the bat he made me feel like I was his brother. He listened to me and my wife and gave us great insight and encouragement. We felt like ALL the strategists were very welcoming and are beautiful people. There’s lots of information and they did a great job helping us through it but I was so impressed with how Jim Anderson explained in detail not only how the Multifamily Mindset works but also how we fit in and bring value. Words can’t describe how this workshop not only gave me a new vehicle to succeed but most importantly how it’s already changed my mindset and that is worth endless amounts of money. Remember “You!” Are the reason your here but your “Why!” Is the reason you will succeed! - Rocky
