Experience was very good. I was very skeptical, as I’ve been to quite a few of these type events over the years and they were nothing more than loud music and pump up speeches with no meat to it. This one was full of good instantly useable information. I’ve done a lot of single family flips but haven’t been able to break into the commercial side. The Information I received in the past 3 days is gonna go a long way to helping me get my first commercial deal. I will say that there is an upsell to the program and it isn’t cheap. It’s tuition level expense but for a year of direct mentorship. If that’s not what you want, don’t let that keep you from going. Although they definitely will encourage you to do the program they aren’t pushy at all. They genuinely want you to succeed. They have skin in the game so your success is important. The info you’ll get in the 3 day class is quality and actionable. Our instructor Jim was absolutely excellent. He’s the real deal and an instruction machine. If you won’t allow yourself to learn from someone as successful as Jim because of a sales pitch then I’d question your commitment. I can tell you that it’s difficult to find that kind of access to people that are that successful. The fact that he even does these classes blows me away. I look fwd to learning as much as I can from him and networking with the many others that are knocking the ball out of the park.

I learnt a lot in 3days about MultiFamily and I made great network connections. I look forward to learning more and taking action.

Jim was awesome he made learning a breeze. Ellie, Bo, Justin and Tiffany were always available for questions. Jim gave real life examples of his investments and that definitely encouraged me with his family vacations letting all at the workshop it is real and attainable if we work and don’t quit. Ellie was a great example of this. Looking forward to becoming part of the team.

Dude, Tyler, come on. That was truly amazing. I’ve been to these types of events before. I’ve answered the “what’s my why?” question so many times but I’ve never gotten it right. I’ve always said “provide for my family” I already spend time with them and I do provide I would do anything I need to do to provide for them. It’s deeper. I have learned from your vulnerability this week what my why truly is (and it only took until day 3.) my why is now “To be worthy of my wife and kids’ belief in me that I will achieve the dreams I have for myself.” I gotta transform my whole character in the process. Thank you, I have something to drive me now.
