I didn't like the fact that some of the training consist of things that were not in the book If you pay for a training everything should be in the book everything and a lot of the things were not in the book and you have to have a third party and you have to have or you don't have to have a professionalist someone that's made rank to help you that learn what you need to know to help you with better deals but you got to pay them to help you I don't think that's fair I think that we should become the expert matter of our own situations because some of those people that you call expert did not give a damn so Is it a bad thing it's not a bad program itself but I would say watch who you call professional they may make money and have money that's because they're into taking money like it's free and nothing is free and we all know that always have a professional sales face even if you don't. PS I could use those funds to invest in something a lot more cheaper than what I expected it's not that I'm looking for a cheap program. I want something that I can believe works when I have to go outside my pocket and you have to know what's in my account and on my credit cards and how much I owe That's a little extreme you getting too nosy and too personal but to make a big deal like that and to become a part of a company such as yours I guess that's something that you must do. But what is explained is that when you're at the seminar the first time you're like a middleman helping you out of entity a great entity nothing is invested you invest a small amount and with so many days you could earn that back it's not true because you got to pay for all these people the strategist to help you strike a deal whether you found one or not and if you miss a day then you didn't get all the information well what more could you tell me because everything should be in the book when it's not, they would tell you you just won't make it in the program and you have to start it over and you have to go to other classes which means that you have to travel to find them and then well if you miss a class you can just make it up online well they'll send something to you with a code but I have to pay $1,497 to get it now it's kind of confusing if I've already paid no excuse me that was 1,947.00 dollars so now I'm expected to pay more money for something online because the owner is speaking I don't get it it's a little confusing I don't know if you if it's not clear it's not good simple If it's not clear it's not good. Sir the public needs clarity I understand if everything was in the book within I should be able to go do this by myself right this is why you guys added the strategist I get it but I didn't like your attitude of some of the staff that you call strategist that killed the deal for me because you let me down and you lied to me with what was stated to me at the seminar you simply lied and then you had an attitude about it as if I was less than educated. And the digital calculator is a figment of your imagination because it's just something that you use in a book a formula it's a formula not a calculator I expected something in my hand or a certain program that show me that is truly a calculator that I can use something valuable very tangible to me joining the family and I didn't get it it don't exist. When I went to the school there was not enough supplies no bags the pens everything that we were supposed to have as a family was not available it had to arrive by 10:30 when you should have already known how many was coming approximately and they should have already been there The names were certainly there but the tools were not set up to be there just saying do better. And the women were constantly constantly constantly texting on their phones and still looking up for clients If you didn't sit at their table they were not looking for you that got up and walked off as if you were not standing there to ask a question now I do give it up for Tiffany Tiffany was amazing but I couldn't get to her so many people will was with her and maybe that's where you can get your start but the other professionals whatever they want to call themselves David was good All the men were all the men were good Tiffany was the only woman that excelled that day. My background is in insurance sales I have had agly training and I've also had the opportunity to underwrite policies I'm pretty sufficient and deals making and closing whether I look like it or not I was a top agent and I wanted to be taught with this company but it doesn't seem like it's a fit because of what you have to go through to get to the truth I'm pretty sure it does work I like the fact that they can do a deal like this I am interested in this type of deal but I'm not interested in no mess keep it 100% with knowledge and facts and the public will love you more.

I invested in two projects with Tyler and due to extremely bad mismanagement I lost the total in vestment on one and I'm in the process of losing the total investment in the other. He totally ignores old investments and spends all his time trying to get money for new projects. I was counting on these investments to help care for my husband who has Alzheimer's. I don't know how he can sleep at night.

Not completely honest and transparent. I was told before I signed up and paid my $1497 that's all I would need to pay to get started. That was a complete lie. I attended the 3 day seminar and was asked for another 40k before I could get started. Sounds like BS Trump University horse sh.t scam. You Completely lost my trust. Maybe if you were more transparent from the beginning I would have felt more comfortable with paying the 40k. You're right this isn't for everyone. Lucky for me I'm a someone.

Tyler is another scammer exploiting people trying to learn about the business. 1,500 dollars was stolen from me. He guaranteed everyone who paid him 1,500 that they would learn everything about multi-family syndication, but it was a lie. When you arrive at the 3-day course, he will try to sell you a 40 thousand dollar mentorship program because the 3-day course wasn’t enough to learn everything. He has the audacity to tell people to take money out of their 401k or even take out a loan to buy his mentorship program. You can find all the info online for free, so don’t waste your money.

They are deceptive in their practices and therefore I despise them. They say 1k for the workshop where you will learn and become a part of their successful community, what they don't tell you is that at the workshop you actually have to pay 44k to become a member of their family... I spent an entire paycheck just to get to the workshop and I absolutely do not have the wherewithal to afford 44k! If they were honest in the way they conduct business they would have been upfront about this and I would have realized this dream is completely outside my reach. Instead I spent $997 for the workshop, $340 for the room, and $150 honest gas and food for the day and a half I was there. They did give back $200 to help cover the room, but once they came clean and dropped the $44k I left and came home. Upfront, honest people would not have wasted my time or fleeced me for $1287. Do not buy this snake oil! You will regret it and be mad at yourself afterwards. As I DO and AM!!!!!

Not good! Spent $900 only to be pitched spending another $39,995! This was not what I signed up for!!!

I really wish I could give them a positive review, but unfortunately, that is not the case. I do think they are wonderful people and the intention is there, but this program is not for everyone. I ordered the program about a year and a half ago, my mom took me to a presentation and she was very eager to start but I was not. I should have used my better judgment because I was not in a great financial or emotional space to make such a huge financial decision. During our one-on-one with our coach. I explained my financial situation (I was unemployed at the time) and let our advisor know I wasn't ready. My mom being the pushy woman she is decided on our behalf. My mom has awful credit so I took out massive debt to afford this program. I felt like I was taken advantage of, definitely from my mom, but also from the program. If anyone is not 100% gung ho, (I was 0%), they shouldn't be able to join the program. Now I am climbing out of debt. I think it'd be great to have an in-between program for people who aren't ready to commit to the entire $40,000 and that way, they can see if the program is a good fit for them. Although, if you are eager to begin the CRE game, I think this could be beneficial to you, but if you are not ready to seriously put in some work, save your money!

While the program may offer educational resources and valuable knowledge, my research revealed that similar information is available at a much lower cost. I also calculated the revenue generated from this program. With approximately 2-3 seminars held each month across the United States, and an estimated 10-15 participants signing up for the 12-month program at each seminar, the organizers potentially earn between $4 to $6 million annually. If you are considering enrolling, please be aware that this program is not accredited and does not offer federal financial aid like traditional universities or colleges.
