Eric Chadderdon is an excellent speaker, has wealth of knowledge and experience. He was able to explain the stuff using real life examples and his personal experiences. I learned a lot from this event.

My husband & l had a great experience…
My husband & l had a great experience with all the meetings & classes we attended. Every host that we had was so helpful & informative. We felt like they really cared & wanted us to feel like we could accomplish this as long as we put our mind & work ethic to it. Due to financial issues we are facing @ this time we couldn’t pay for the mentorship. But hopefully in the near future we will be able to join the Peak Multi Family Real Estate. I have faith that if it’s meant for you then it will happen, in God’s timing. Overall we had a great experience.

I learned a ton, well worth the investment
I learned a ton. There is an upsell like any seminar. But as someone who believes in learning from someone that is doing what you want at a higher level it’s definitely worth your time. Eric Chadderton was amazing. Very articulate you can see his passion for the business and without a doubt understands the multifamily space. It was my pleasure to meet the crew. Looking forward to a long partnership with Peak Multifamily.

Take that chance
The strategist I had helped me see more into the multifamily space and connected with me on similar experiences in my life. The speaker also shown me that there are people that had/have similar experiences like me in life that took that leap of faith to change it

The 3-day Peak Multifamily workshop was…
The 3-day Peak Multifamily workshop was an amazing experience. There was so much valuable information shared that, at times, it almost felt like information overload, but in the best possible way. When you’re excited about learning and ready to take action, three days can somehow feel like both a lot and not nearly enough. I found myself wanting to jump in headfirst and get started! The Peak team made the experience even better. Everyone was knowledgeable, welcoming, pleasant, and genuinely fun to be around. By the end of the workshop, I didn’t want it to end. It truly started to feel less like attending an event and more like becoming part of a family. I’m leaving excited, motivated, and ready for more. Right now, I feel like a sponge. I want to soak up everything I can, apply what I’ve learned, surround myself with people who are doing what I want to do, and most importantly, GET TO WORK! This weekend didn’t just give me information. It increased my excitement about what’s possible and made me even more eager to begin my journey in multifamily investing.
