The 3 day training was cool. It was like cultivation for our garden. They (Eric C. in this situation) went over everything that was needed to succeed. I know we will manifest our success. We have to hustle. As far as the additional mentoring, the price that came with that is not worth it because regardless we will have to work hard.

The first day of class was a waste of time. The introductions took to long. We could have spent more time doing case studies and learning how to write Letters of Intent. We are cramming all the good stuff into the last 2 days when it would be more beneficial to spread it out and get additional homework to bring for class the next day. The leaders are very knowledgeable and provide some good information. You can tell they are interested in everyone succeeding.

MFM has taken the process of flipping houses and brought it to the multi-family space. The process works well. The workshop felt like MFM is trying to build a deal funnel by having all the new members bring them deals. As with all up sales, the 3-day workshop was very thin on details and fat on, "Look what I've done."

I would have liked to known about the $40,000 cost at the 1st meeting.

As a realtor, I frequently undergo training to renew my license or gain new certifications, often paying around $250 for a full day of content. I had high hopes for the Multifamily Mindset training to advance my real estate career, but I was disappointed. The information provided was minimal and could easily be covered in a day. The study book offered the same content as the workshop. I hope future participants get more value for their investment. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this to my friends or family.

The Seminar was filled with information that I can take with me and use in the future. The team here is awesome and very knowledable and they make the experience fun while informative. Now for the negative. After I attended the one day FREE intro to MFM I was informed about the real 3 day event that will take me to the next level and I would meet people that would help me start working on putting some deals together and its only $1,497.00, what a steal for all the connection you'll Male and away I will go. So pinching pennies and scraping up the $1500 to attend this big 3 day event, I make the commitment. Now that I'm at the 3 day event, on day 2 I'm hot with, "now you only need $40,000.00 to take the next step and you'll get in touch with the people to get some deals going and close on your first multi-family property. On and by the way, you can get your $1500 back once you do your first deal. Ok great. I believe in myself and know I will get my $1500 back. Now I need to spend $40,000 to get my $1500 back. I only wish I knew that there was another, much larger, investment I had to make before I made the $1500 investment that I now have no chance of getting back. Now I'm just afraid that this $40,000 investment with lead to yet another bigger investment and so on. The information was not presented and it was misleading about the 3 day event. I wish I knew then what I know now. It kinda feels like a racket. I've been taken.

The information seemed good I did learn a little. I feel like 50% of the time y’all were trying to sale me on the mentorship which was not cool. Every ten minutes was a slide on what I was missing out. I paid money to learn not hear about a mentorship the entire weekend.
