The information provided during the 3 day class was great information, however the focus on upselling took a lot of time away from the 3- Day Course. Also the cost to obtain membership was costly and they offered no financing options and no guarantees. You only have access to the network for 12 months after such a large investment.

Good for people completing new with no experience, but I didn’t learn much. I was hoping to practice more underwriting, network, and meet sponsors. There’s a sales pitch at every event, but it was overkill and I didn’t like how it went til almost 7pm. 10-11 hour days is a lot. I didn’t feel it was worth my time to go the 3rd day.

At this point I have many questions. I'm not sure if I am supposed to be assigned a coach or or if I'm supposed to randomly pick a coach and set a meeting? I'm kind of lost in the shuffle. We had someone when we initially signed up for 6 weeks. That was somewhat helpful but couldn't really answer any defined questions. Always mention that he would get back with the questions but never did and sometimes not very timely and responding to text messages

I think there should be a scouting agenda, like every workshop.

Content was good but expected to be able to leverage the tools and network after attending the 3 day course. I was dismayed by the hard sell throughout the 3 days of training. I didn’t pay that much money to spend more than 50% of the time hearing why I should spend an additional $xx. In the end, I have a better understanding of how to purchase multifamily properties but don’t have access to the resources I thought would be available after paying for the 3 day course.

I think the energy was great. However, during the first meeting we were told we Wil have access to a network. It was clear from the beginning about the almost $40,000 coaching packet, which I appreciate. I guess I was expecting to see Tyler. But, everyone one was welcoming. Most of the information provided is public knowledge.

I thought the workshop had a lot of valuable information and the strategists were extremely helpful and enthusiastic about this opportunity. However, my biggest issue was the hidden $40k price tag that comes along with the MFM network. I understand you have to pay for coaching and that's fine, but it was unclear to me when I paid $1,500 for the workshop that in order for me to really have success, I would need an additional $40k to get started. Without the MFM network, this is an entirely different path to success and that should have been made clear in the initial meeting I attended.

There is clearly a lot of money being made in the multi family syndication space. There is clearly a lot of opportunity in it too. The three day course was sold as a data dense training event, who's training could stand alone. The way the company structured it, the training that was delivered in the three day event will be hard to apply without the $40k year long training package they sold hard all weekend. I was frustrated because there was only about a days worth of training built into these three days. The rest was antidotal or related to sales and promotion of the $40k subscription to join the mentorship network. Without the mentorship subscription the info I did gain will be very difficult to apply successfully. So I'm out $1500 cash and three days of my life..... Until I can allocate 40k to a training subscription and the time and attention it will take to find success in this industry. I have no doubt that those who buy the subscription AND follow through on the action items find success. I'm only disappointed that I PAID for a training that was mostly a 40k sales pitch, and that the info I did gain will be very difficult to apply without the full subscription.
