The training was pretty informative and extensive. Eric did a great job teaching us multifamily investing while entertaining us with his firsthand personal stories and the ups and downs he'd been through. All in all, a solid 3-day workshop. Thank you and I'll see you guys soon.

The experience was epic
The experience was epic, I did have prior Real Estate Investing experience, but it was hard for me to scale with SFH real estate. The teacher Jim and all the specialist were more than great and informative !!! I’m glad I signed up for the 1 year mentorship !!!

Full of actual information that you can use!
Great value for the price. As opposed to most groups. You guys give actual actionable information. A lot of it. versus most companies that on purpose talk a lot but there is not much actionable information.

From Workshop to Mentorship — Excited for What’s Next!
I recently attended the 3-day workshop and it was an incredible experience! Jim Anderson was absolutely fantastic, lively, engaging, and full of valuable insights that kept everyone motivated and involved throughout the sessions. I learned so much in just three days that I decided to take the next step and sign up for the 1-year mentorship program. It’s definitely an investment, but I’m confident it will be worth every penny once I start closing some deals. The entire team was also amazing, knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely committed to helping us succeed. I left the workshop feeling inspired, empowered, and excited to begin this new chapter in my investing journey. Mahalo nui loa to the whole team for such an impactful and energizing experience!
