Very untrustworthy organization
Very untrustworthy organization. I was sold zero percent financing, but somehow my payments are higher than I anticipated, and no one can explain the charges. I have called customer service three times. Each time I was on hold for 30 minutes and I still do not have answers. DO NO do business with this company.

These guys are a mess!
These guys are a mess. Terrible process. Terrible communication and very very terrible customer service. William C. McCauley Jr. has been a nightmare to work with. He has made promises without any follow thru. I cant even get him to return a call or email.

Your process
My due date was march 5th (I think), but I didn't receive my account information until March 15th. I immediately registered to pay online with auto pay. May 7th, I am informed my account is in collection..... I set up auto pay so marlin will take payment from my account on auto pay. That never happened!!!
