Very quick at getting my first loan…
Very quick at getting my first loan approved for new commercial truck. I called them a year later for another equipment loan and they called me back less than 30 minutes later with approval. Very satisfied and would recommend Marlin to anyone looking for a loan.

Tried to contact them
Tried to contact them. payment was suppose to be $421 and they took $716. On hold twice for over 20 minutes. Finally sent email and have yet to hear from them. This was two days ago.

our phone was stolen and interrupting…
our phone was stolen and interrupting our service via trunking and we are still paying for it and spectrum it reps have not been any help

Marlin never got details right
Marlin never got details right. I had to repeatedly ask for the same corrections to be made on docs, and they never got it 100% right. Ultimately, I had to manually make basic changes (like location addresses, Tax ID #'s, entity names, etc) prior to executing almost every doc with them. Very frustrating to deal with.
