My apartment says they won't accept any letter without an ADA seal. I wrote customer service but i haven't heard back yet. So far it seems like it was a waste of money though.

Letters arrived exactly as promised ! Everything looks great

I filled out the online questionnaire, did not receive a follow up phone-call from a Psychologist (which some other online ESA letters providers will do). I received an email 2 days later that I was approved and my documentation was attached. First of all with the documentation, it is VERY generic. The licensed psychologist has offices in several different states, but NOT from the state that I reside in. According to law, you are suppose to have a licensed medical provider from your SAME STATE issue you your letter. I live in Colorado, my provider's offices are in CA, NY, CT, IL, TX. However, when you look up the provider information, the medical provider is licensed in North Carolina! All of it seems non-legit. Secondly, your emotional support animal/s name, type (breed), and weight need to be on the letter. No where in the letter did they document that information. These letters are generic and NOT written out with personal specifications to my animals. I have not received my ID cards in the mail yet (I paid extra for them). But so far, I smell a scam, and I'm not impressed! Not to mention, it says if you are "unsatisfied" with your order and need assistance, please click this link, and it takes me HERE, to send a "review". Where is the customer service?!

They referred to me as ‘Mr’ instead of ‘Ms’ on the letter, rendering it useless.
