I’m still waiting on some paperwork to be sent to my apartment complex. They faxed it over and it took you a few weeks to complete (it was completed AFTER I called to check the status). Well you sent it back but it wasn’t filled out correctly so they are waiting (again) for it to be sent back over to them. I chose your company because you have good reviews but I haven’t had anything but problems since purchasing my letters. This has been ONGOING since September.

I was very impressed with their help and timeliness in response. It made the process very smooth and easy - thank you!

You stated that you did not give me a full refund was because it was only the airline forms that were rejected. I never needed any other forms (I am a homeowner) so why do you not let the consumer only pay for what they need? As far as I see it the $$ I paid was for the set of papers and they are all rubbish now. *Please note due to the rejected letter I had to pay $250 r/t for my cats travel.

Hello, In the beginning I had no problem and was a happy and satisfied company. I received all of my paper work and my card. I am now currently trying to move and the place I wanted to move needed additional info for the last month I have been calling the PDSC along with the number on the paper work and I have also emailed the info email address. I have called many times and have received no email or call back. The place I wanted to move sent out a email needing additional info because they were QUESTIONING THE AUTHENICATION OF THE PAPER WORK, the management office sent an email and fax and no response. At this point I have loss and missed my my opportunity to move because they questioned the authentication of my letter from the company. This was very sad and frustrating.

So bad .i got my pdf letter ,but my apartment faced me document and doctor need to sign.I called several time but they didn’t answer.it just waste money.
