I feel like I got gypped
I feel like I got gypped. I paid $95 for ONE form of papers, which I thought would cover both of my dogs and for $95 feel like it should. I got my "forms" and the look ill legitimate it doesn't even have my dogs name on there. Now my apartment complex is not recognizing these forms and are trying to charge me a pet deposit. I reach out to PDS for help and have not received the support I need. They say they have a guarantee the guarantee is you will NEVER get your money back!

We've been emailing her for several months. We explained an ESA letter is between a Dr. and patient, NOT animal specific, and thus should not be on an ESA letter. If the animal changes, this restricts the patient. Her apt complex is strong arming her, even though the documents are official and legal. Some do this to make life difficult for a tenant. We outlined the ways to move forward with a HUD complaint, legal counsel, etc. but she just swore and was aggressive as we tried to assist. She is taking her anger at her housing authority out on us, despite our best attempts to assist along the way.

Quick process
I received the letter within an hour of submitting. Contacted American Airlines and the letter was accepted. Whole process took less than 3 hours.
