I appreciate the PDS center for working with me to satisfy the apartment complex with their requests. I had to reach out to the PDS Center to email my ESA letter to the apartment complex from "PDS Center place of business". I emailed my request and got a quick response "Done"! I could not ask for better service. Extremely satisfied.

I'm not a bot, and this site is wonderful. Turn around time was less than 24 hours. The documents you get are very official and I'm very very pleased.

The letter clearly looks low quality and the used a main office address in Florida. My property manager clearly knew it was a fake letter from a online company and now requests a not from my local doctors office here in California or from the VA. I spent $129 for nothing. Didn't help at all.

This person said they expected the ESA letter to be issued from her local VA. Obviously she's ordering an ESA letter of recommendation and we cannot get her local VA office to issue an ESA letter for her. When I asked about a copy from her property manager for the refusal she stated she didn't even want to submit it because it wasn't issued by her local VA Dr. I'm not sure what we can do here, as this lady seems rather confused on how the whole process works.

Needed a letter from my doctor to be able to keep my dog in the apartment complex I live in, my doctor wasnt willing to write what they needed so I reached out to PDSCenter and 2 years later my fury friend is still here with us.
