Great Process...Simple and Easy. Letters Came within a Few Hours.

I spent $127 I'm getting my dog to be an emotional support service dog I received the doctor signatures but I have not received my ID card that I paid for and I can't seem to ever get ahold of anybody in the number that they have on their website just direct you to operators and then they leave a message but yet you call three or four times and they say 24 to 48 hours in a week passes and nobody has returned your calls. Either this company is a scam or they're real but they need to put a direct line that contacts the office so that people can talk to somebody and get things fixed. I've given them time to make up for this but they are not taking it seriously.
