PDS Center made it easy for me to get my ESA paperwork. A month after receiving the paperwork, I applied for an apartment in Colorado. The apartment did not allow pets, so I had to complete an online application through petscreening.com, which is a national online site that I learned most quality apartment complexes/rental offices use to verify ESAs and other service animals. I thought, this was the moment I find out if PDS's services works. After providing petscreening.com with the PDS paperwork, my dog was approved. Once my dog was approved via petscreening.com, the apartment complex approved my application with no questions asked. After getting approved on petscreening.com, I still needed to provide the new apartment complex with a reasonable accommodation form that needed to be completed by the licensed mental health professional through PDS. I emailed the PDS Center asking for the reasonable accommodation form. They had it completed and sent to myself and the apartment complex within 30 minutes! I was seriously impressed.

My experience sucked it's been a month and I haven't received any of my paperwork. I've made six phone calls I haven't received the email or a phone call back I'm trying to figure out I paid my money on time it cleared the bank no issues why can't I get my stuff that I need my dog's ID and my paperwork I'm traveling in a couple of days and I can't register my dog you have made my situation worse.
