Thank you PDS Center for the for the quick response to my ESA/Disability letters for my move into my new apartment and also for my airline /TSA letters. It was well worth the money spent. Now I dont have to worry about taking Nala with me when I travel away from home and out of town. I can be sure she travels with me and I am safe with her by my side. I recommend them to anyone who needs your service.

I order the letters with the ID card I only recibe an email saying that it was approved. It’s being over a month and no originals and no ID card. I have call and the call center it’s a joke they take my info and tell me someone will call in the next 24-48 hours and no call. I have send emails and no response. I had call at least 6 times and no call back I’m very disappointed that trusted my money to this company. I need to travel and haven’t been able to waiting for this ID card. And original document
