In the beginning, the contact was super fast and the information pretty clear. The day after my application and payment, they sent the letters through email.This happened on May 14th, 2019. I received the vest that I have to return it because it is too big. My 1 star is due to the lack of responsibility of this company. They did not send the physical papers/letters and the ID card. I am trying to contact them since the week after my application and I explained that at the end of this month I have to travel. Nobody could reply my emails. I will wait one more week, after that I want my money back. Update. After my call, one week later my physical documents and ID arrived. I will return my vest, so I do not know if I have my money back in the same pace.

I needed a diagnosis and ESA Letter for my dog Nelly to become a service animal. I googled ESA letters and several came up! I am SO HAPPY that PDS Center was the one I chose! I answered the questions on the questionnaire on the PDS Center webpage, paid a small fee and received my ESA letters within a couple of days! THEY ARE AWESOME! They are professional and very helpful! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! A++++++++++++++ :)
