Incredibly simple and informative process The PDS Center provided us with exceptionally quick and helpful service. They are up to date on all the airline requirements for emotional service animals and were able to provide us with the appropriate resources to bring our animal on an airplane. We received our letter within 24 hours and offered plenty of opportunities for more help and support.

The process was easy. I received my letters in the mail in a timely manner. I love the affordability for those of us that can't currently afford to see a psych in person. Pro tip: there is literally no reason to get a vest or an ID card. Anywhere you go is going to request the letter and ignore everything else. The letter worked exactly for what I intended - for my apartment rental and to fly Southwest airlines (round trip - never questioned). My concern is that all of the print outs "original copies" are just such poor quality - the original copies look like scanned pages. This is especially the case with the other airline documents. They are so janky that I'd be afraid to even both presenting them to an airline.

MICHAEL CAPONI'S CONSIDERATION AND FAST ANSWER TO MY REQUEST FOR AN ESA LETTER FOR MY LANDLORD!; IT'S SO DISCOURAGING THAT MOST OF THE ONLINE COMPANIES (THE NON-FRAUDULENT AT LEAST) WANT TO GET A LOT OF MONEY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF YOUR COGNITIVE & FINANCIAL NEEDS, WHEN YOU ARE FACING PAYING HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS IN PET DEPOSITS & (NOWADAYS) RENT, BECAUSE MOST OF THE APARTMENT COMPLEXES ARE ASKING FOR EXORBITANT FEES; FOR NOT ONLY YOUR ANIMAL COMPANIONS, BUT, YOUR FAMILY, (AT LEAST THAT'S THE WAY I THINK ABOUT THEM, AND I AM SURE THAT'S THE WAY THEY LOOK AT ME); IT'S JUST CRAZY AND MOST OF US CAN'T AFFORD IT AND HAVE TO SACRIFICE AND/OR ASK FOR THE MONEY TO SOMEONE ELSE IN ORDER TO COMPLY WITH THE APARTMENT COMPLEXES'S ABUSIVE DEMANDS WHICH KEEP GROWING YEAR AFTER YEAR!!!! I AM JUST SO GRATEFUL AND BE PASSING THE BLESSING TO SHARE WITH OTHER PET OWNERS IN MY SAME SITUATION WHAT GREAT FINDING WAS TO FINALLY GET TO A HUMAN BEING THAT REALLY CARES FOR OTHERS AND NOT JUST TO ENLARGE HIS OWN WALLET, GOD BLESS YOU DR.
