Been over a month. Still haven't recieved my ID cards yet. I've emailed several times and called. No response. I've asked for a refund so I can move on with my life and get my pet ESA certified through a more reputable and trustworthy company. Still no refund. The customer service I've received is simply unacceptable.

I haven’t used the paperwork yet so I’m basing my review on the ease of getting my papers hence the reason for a 4 out 5 *. I’m handing it into my HOA today so wish me luck. Update* I was approved for the HOA so my paperwork worked! 5 out of 5 stars now!!!

Great price and emailed too me w/airline official letter, most important part, all within 2 days over a weekend! Highly recommend. All other companies seem pail in comparison.

No one returns my call. They sent you letter from a doctor who no longer work for their company. Ask for a refund with my credit card company.
