They just take your money and you never receive anything it has been 3 weeks and they do not respond when you reach out to them I had to call my credit card company and they gave me my money back DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

Hello I paid my fees for my ESA flight and housing letters for my dog but have yet to receive the originals! I have the downloadable version but i need the originals mailed to me as promised within 3-7 buisiness days. Its been almost a month and still nothing. No original papers. Please advise me on how to proceed to assure i get my original ESA papers in a timely manner or i am gonna have to ask for a refund. My email is whenever someone would be able to get in contact with me that would be wonderful. Thank you.

PDS is an amazing resource! I received the ESA letter within 24hrs. However, my apartment complex required another form to be filled out. I must say it took about 5 days for them to fill it out and email it back to me. However, my apartment accepted the letter and my ESA was able to stay with me & that's all that matters. I recommend this website to everyone, I just recommend some patience especially during this pandemic!

Quick and thorough!

Placed my order and my credit card was charged on 3/5/2020. It is 3/28/2020 and I have not received anything in the mail. The letter, ID card and vest were never sent. I called and left a message a few days ago and did not receive a response. I sent an email also. I guess I will have to dispute the transaction with my credit card company.

Never got my forms

I was scared and skeptical but they have a office in philly so I was glad it was a site with addresses on it. I received my letter in one day. I am still waiting for paper and I’d card but so far I’m happy and satisfied customer and would recommend others/

I have not recieved anything from you. What I wanted was a letter from a Doctor for my apartment complex so that I may wave the pet fee for having my dog. I do not want anything for flying
