Not answering phones calls or emails (need refund)
Ordered from this company, immediately it took the money out of my account and I didn’t get the emailed letters till the next day. The letters are so badly generic that there’s no way a landlord would take them. I still do not have the id badge for my ESA. Sorry, covid caused some major shipping and customer service delays. We were short staffed and scrambling amidst the outbreak. We have since regrouped for a better response time.
