Do not purchase this. It will take you to a windows website that you can download windows for free.

Purchased the Windows 10 Pro valid lifetime license and when I entered data it says the number is being used by another computer.

i had excellent support for my installation issues.

I have no problem with Pcmasters Shop. I paid for my product and got it downloaded on my computer with no problems at all. Thank you Pcmasters.

It was a previously used Windows 10 Key and it locked out of Windows.

I'm having trouble getting the programs to load and need more instructions.

They helped me through the selection process and the process of buying what I needed. I a bit novice about computers, so yhe Techs walked me through each step and guided me to successfully having my software loaded and operational.

I was frustrated at first, because the code didn’t work, but after contacting Support through their chat option, they got it fixed right away. Thank you Glen!!
