Wow - PCMaster provided top notch quick and thorough customer support when I had trouble installing a Windows Pro upgrade. I would totally recommend this site for software purchases. It was such a pleasant surprise.

Great customer service. The initial code didn't work because I downloaded the wrong version, but the customer service responded to my email in a timely manner and successfully allowed me to activate.

The Win 10 Pro Activation which I have purchased from PCmasters did not work and I got an error that the key was already used. When I have reached out to Support they have guided me Nd fully supported until the Key worked. Very happy with support, will continue to shop at PCmasters for my need.
