Renan provided me with steps to upgrade Win 10 Home to Pro. System upgrade was smooth and completed quickly. Activation became an issue and would not complete. Once again Renan stuck with me and after going through a few attempts we were successful. This company is definitely a 5 star place with people who deserve that rating as well.
