Good customer service

The representatives at PM Masters were super responsive, helpful, and professional. They seemed to really care about helping me find the right product for my needs. They are definitely my go-to's for all things PC.

As an older adult, I needed help with the Word Pro set up. The person who helped me on Chat, (Garry, I think) was very patient, explaining each step and made sure the process worked for me.

Needed help activating by phone licenses on two separate PCs. Made several calls and each call was answered promptly. Lee provided excellent support throughout the process. Could not have been better. Thank you.

I was able to contact AI "Garry" and ask questions about the product upload, etc beforehand. I previously purchased an item and it was reliable and high quality with no concerns for several years, so I felt confident in using PC Masters again.
