My purchase was easy which is saying something. I had attempted to use another site (unnamed intentially) and every step was an issue. Once I got my key-code, it didn't work. (OH NO!) I messaged the chat which was already at the corner with the issue and my order verification number. Glenn responded IMMEDIATELY and in language that I instantly knew I was talking to a person and not a bot. He was kind, walked me through each step, made phone calls for me. In TWELVE minutes he had me up and running. I don't expect busness to go perfectly every time. (I also seem to be the person that things never work as intented on so I have a lot of experience dealing with customer service.) The integrity of a company and the individuals working for a company is really shown when there are problems. Glenn made my "problem" a minor hiccup. Because of that, I'll be back for any of my future needs.

I ordered a Windows 10 license key that allowed me to install the software without issue but did not allow activation. I reached out to their tech support and received a prompt reply with a resolution that worked. So any low marks from the initial issue were more than fixed and made up for with the super-fast tech support reply and resolution, plus their low prices. Thanks!
